Is the product available in stock?

Most of our jewelry is available to produce upon request. If a product is no longer in stock or has been discontinued, we clearly indicate that it is currently unavailable. However, if the piece can still be made or a similar alternative can be crafted, you are welcome to place a pre-order by filling out a short request form. You can find the link to this form in the product description section. We’re always happy to help you bring a design you love to life.

Am I allowed to return the goods I purchase?

The return of goods depends on various factors — whether it has been more than 14 days since the product was delivered, whether the item has been used, whether the original packaging is intact and undamaged, and whether the item is a piece of customized jewelry.

The price of customized jewelry varies depending on the stone, metal, weight, and design details. But don’t worry — we’re happy to work within your budget. Just let us know your limits before we begin, and we’ll do our best to craft something meaningful and beautiful that fits just right.

How long does the delivery take?

Production for items that are not in stock takes between 2 to 7 business days. If the item is currently available, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If you'd like to request express shipping or have specific delivery preferences, feel free to contact us. We're here to help make the process smooth and tailored to your needs.
