Delivery and Shipping
Warranty and Return

These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of goods and services provided by DPT Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şirketi, operating under the registered trademark Silk&Silver (hereinafter referred to as "THE SELLER"), through www.silkandsilver.com.

1. Product Prices and Shipping

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are valid at the time of order placement. Product prices do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

For domestic deliveries within Turkey:

  • Shipping is free for orders of 5,000 TRY or more.

  • For orders under 5,000 TRY, a fixed shipping fee of 100 TRY applies.

For international deliveries:

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected delivery method.

  • Shipping is free for international orders of 20,000 TRY or more.

  • For orders below 20,000 TRY, the shipping cost will be displayed before the purchase is finalized.

For shipments outside Turkey, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges. THE SELLER is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within seven (7) business days, excluding custom-made products. Delivery is handled by EMS (Express Mail Service) through Turkey's PTT network. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days, depending on destination.

Tracking information is provided via email after dispatch. THE SELLER is not responsible for customs delays or other external factors.

Upon delivery, customers should inspect packages for visible damage. Any damages must be reported to the courier and THE SELLER within 24 hours.

If delivery fails due to absence at the address, the customer must coordinate with the shipping company. THE SELLER is not responsible for such delays or refusals.

3. Order Rejection

THE SELLER reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason. Payments for rejected orders will be refunded within 30 days.

4. Warranty

All products are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or improper care

  • Customer modifications

5. Cancellations and Returns

Orders not yet dispatched may be canceled by contacting customer service via email with full name, address, and order number. Payments for canceled orders are refunded within 30 days.

Confirmed or customized orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is not custom-made.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All components are included.

  • The product is in original packaging and suitable for resale.

  • The product label remains attached.

Customers must contact customer service at dilekplatin@gmail.com before initiating a return.

For returns due to change of mind, customers bear the return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect products, THE SELLER covers the return shipping.

The customer assumes the risk for damage during return shipment. Refunds are processed after product inspection and issued within 30 days. Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 weeks.

7. Privacy Policy

THE SELLER complies with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). User data is processed solely to fulfill orders, provide customer service, conduct marketing (if consented), and comply with legal obligations.

Data is only shared with trusted third parties involved in order processing. Legal authorities may access data if required by law.

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by submitting a written request.

8. Changes to the Agreement

THE SELLER may update the Webshop, its policies, or this Agreement at any time. Changes will be announced on the homepage and apply to future orders only.

9. Force Majeure

THE SELLER is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or technical failures.

10. Liability

THE SELLER is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in this Agreement limits consumer rights under applicable laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bursa, Turkey.

This Agreement is subject to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette No. 29188).
