Once your membership is complete, a copy of this Membership Agreement and Information Notice will be sent to the email address you provided. You may also access this agreement at any time from the relevant pages at www.silkandsilver.com. Please note that a personalized version of this agreement will not be separately stored in our systems.

You may terminate your membership at any time, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties, by contacting us via the communication channels above. Alternatively, you may use the “unsubscribe” link included in all of our email communications. Silk&Silver also reserves the right to terminate memberships as necessary.

The privacy, protection, processing, and use of personal information for services offered by Silk&Silver are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Cookie Policy.

All necessary technical and administrative security measures are taken by Silk&Silver or its relevant partners based on the nature of the information and transactions. All credit card transactions on our site are conducted between you and the respective bank or payment provider independently from Silk&Silver. Sensitive information such as your card PIN is not seen or stored by us.
The personal data entered for membership, purchases, and information updates, as well as sensitive credit card or bank account details, are not visible to other internet users and are used solely for transactions between you and Silk&Silver.

If you choose to purchase any product or service following a promotion, message, or other communication, the transaction will be governed by the relevant Consumer Contracts in accordance with applicable laws.
