Shipments
All orders placed before 8:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. Other orders will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. During peak promotional periods, this may extend to 4–5 days.
Once your order is confirmed, any changes to the shipping address may incur additional costs based on the courier's policy. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before finalizing your order.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. Domestic orders within Türkiye typically arrive within 24–72 hours. For international orders, delivery may take up to one week due to customs procedures.
We use reliable local courier services for domestic shipments and UPS for international deliveries.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system based on the volume, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are usually collected at the time of delivery. Silk&Silver has no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an international order.
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to repeated absence of the recipient and returns it to us, reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Silk&Silver is not responsible for additional shipping fees in such cases.
4.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the courier with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery.
Please remember to check your spam or junk folder, as these emails may sometimes end up there.

Note:
Discounted items are shipped in eco-friendly kraft paper envelopes with a branded sticker, instead of the standard packaging shown in product photos. If you wish to receive the original packaging, please mention it in the Order Notes section during checkout.
