How can I return an item?

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Currently, it is not possible to directly exchange an item with another within a single transaction. To make an exchange, you'll first need to return the unwanted item and then place a new order separately.
Returns can be initiated by contacting us via the Contact section of our website. After confirmation, please send the product back to our Returns Service Center at the address below:

Please note:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and with the invoice included.

The return package must be shipped within 14 days from the day you received the order.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

If the product was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

International returns may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are typically charged upon delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs office before making a return.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Custom-made or personalized products,

Products damaged due to improper use after delivery,

Products manufactured or modified to the BUYER’s specifications (e.g., resizing, engraving).
