Olive is a miracle, just like a human being ... Even the seed we spit out is actually a huge life. Its leafy branches have been regarded as symbols of peace for centuries. Its leaf became a medicine… Its oil became the crown jewel of Lokman Hekim's lost prescription. We kept the green and black at the corner of our table. It was always the guest of our tables. We loved every kind of it, from the lemon pickle to the salting. Based on its oil, we named the cuisine of the Aegean… Despite all the evil that was taken on it, it accompanied us with a long humble life. I wish this olive spoon with a silver handle, which I designed to salute the beauty of our table, will witness the conversations accompanying every moment shared with friendship and love.
